Shipping policy

General Information

  • All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
  • Delivery location is determined by the shipping address provided at checkout. Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer.
  • Mozaabi Cucina is not responsible for any mistakes made by customers in selecting the wrong delivery location, as we coordinate deliveries through a third-party service and the delivery schedule incurs a charge. If a customer chooses the wrong city, any difference in delivery fees will be the customerā€™s responsibility and must be paid directly to the delivery company upon receipt of the order.
  • All efforts are made to fulfill and ship orders within next days of receiving the order or upon customer selected day. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Please note that we do not control delivery timing, as it is managed by the delivery company based on their schedule with other orders. If a customer requires a specific delivery time, they must contact us in advance, and any additional charges will need to be paid to accommodate their request

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are Fixed based on delivery company third party. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page choose your city. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for catering orders. You will be advised of any additional charges via email.
