- Errors occur on the part of Mozaabi Cucina , such as incorrect items being delivered.

Customers must request a refund within 1 hour of receiving their order. Requests made after this timeframe may not be considered.

To request a refund, customers should contact us at info@mozaabicucina.com and provide their order details, including the order number and a description of the issue with photos. refund will not be accepted if Pictures not attached.
