Inspired by the name of founder, Mouza Alzaabi and the Italian word “Cucina” (kitchen: cuisine), Mozaabi Cucina offers reimagined comfort baked foods embodying a harmonious mix of delightful ingredients, flavors and textures. 

Offering a nostalgic taste of artisanal bakes, Mozaabi Cucina's creations are crafted around the passion to share love, create joy, and celebrate memories with delicious treats that are adapted to local tastes and cultures. Our in-house bakers also customize flavors for celebrations, corporate events and cafés.

OUR JOURNEY

Mozaabi Cucina is a local artisanal bakery supplying fine pastries and baked foods. Founded by Mouza Alzaabi in 2020, she has successfully scaled the home business from serving the neighborhood, to friends and family till surrounding cities.

The bakery has proven to be a favorite of locals and expats, selling more than 2000 pieces of pastries, cakes, and confections since it opened.  Using premium quality ingredients from all around the world, our foods are baked fresh and delivered daily from our home bakery in Dubai, With daily in-house production capacities of 30 pieces of bakes, we have the capability to produce a variety of flavors; seasonal and all-time favorites.
